Sales Director | EMOS Hungary

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Director to lead our business in Hungary. You will be fully responsible for the commercial success, growth, and operational performance of EMOS on the Hungarian market. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on sales execution, and full P&L accountability.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the country commercial strategy in alignment with EMOS Group
• Full responsibility for P&L, revenue, margin, costs, and cash flow
• Drive business growth across retail, wholesale, DIY, and e-commerce channels
• Lead and develop key customer relationships (Key Accounts)
• Participate in major negotiations and long-term commercial agreements
• Build, lead, and motivate the local commercial and operational team
• Set goals, KPIs, and ensure high team performance
• Adapt product portfolio and marketing activities to the Hungarian market
• Monitor competition, pricing levels, and market trends
• Ensure regular reporting, forecasting, and adherence to EMOS standards and processes

YOUR PROFILE: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or general management
• Proven track record in sales management and P&L ownership
• Experience leading teams and driving change
• Advantage: experience in electrical products, FMCG, DIY, B2B/B2C distribution
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Able to work effectively in an international environment
• Hungarian – native/fluent
• English – very good (minimum B2)
• Czech or Slovak is an advantage
