Senior Controller

We are looking for an experienced, independent, and analytically strong Senior Controller who will play a key financial role within the international EMOS Group. The position reports directly to Jana Vítková. You will be responsible for group-level reporting, financial analysis, and providing critical insights that support strategic decisions.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting of financial results to the parent company in France
• Analysis of the financial performance of the EMOS Group — parent company in the Czech Republic and international subsidiaries
• Interpretation of financial data, recommendations for improvement, and support of Group Management in strategic decision-making
• Participation in budgeting processes across the group

PROFILE OF THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE:

• Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented mindset, and ability to make independent decisions
• University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• Professional experience in controlling, ideally within an international company
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and reporting standards
• Active command of English (French is an advantage)
