We will continue to be a partner of the "Runs for the Firefly" in 2026 as well
Yesterday in Ostrava, we successfully kicked off this year’s series of Night Runs for Světluška, and we’re thrilled with how great the first event turned out! A total of 988 runners set out in the evening on the 3- and 6-kilometer routes through Komenský Park—even more than last year.
As a proud sponsor of this project by the Czech Radio Foundation, we’re glad to be able to work with you to help blind and visually impaired people of all ages. To ensure everyone could see clearly on their journey for a good cause, we once again equipped the runners with EMOS headlamps this year.
Contests for Prizes
At our booth, children and adults alike could also compete for small electronic gifts, and we set up a space with light refreshments for our partners. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Ostrava and supported this meaningful event with their enthusiasm.
